Astroly chat is an AI-based interpretation tool that answers your questions based on your birth chart data.

At the heart of Astroly is an extensive astrological knowledge base whose API and powerful artificial intelligence transform complex cosmic patterns into clear, practical information in seconds.

Our technology does not create content from nothing — it systematises and translates professional data into a form that is understandable and valuable to you.

Artificial intelligence acts here as a capable 'translator and editor', helping to transform static database content into modern, personalised analyses.

For chat, your birth data and messages are transmitted in real time via a secure API for astrological calculations and interpretation. If you are logged in, the conversation is saved to your account so you can reopen it later — you can delete a conversation at any time from its own menu, or by deleting your account.

Payments are processed through the secure payment environment Stripe. Astroly has no access to the client's bank card details.

To receive the product the client enters their email address. After successful payment the PDF file is automatically sent to the specified email address.

If the file has not arrived within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact info@astroly.ee.

Premium is available in two forms: a 30-day pass (€19.99, one-time payment) and a monthly subscription (€14.99/month, recurring payment with a minimum 3-month commitment).

The 30-day pass is valid for 30 days and does not renew automatically. It expires on its own and does not need to be cancelled.

The monthly subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period and the card is charged until the client cancels the subscription.

The monthly subscription carries a minimum commitment of 3 months. Cancellation can be requested at any time, but it only takes effect at the end of the current billing period or at the end of the 3-month commitment period — whichever comes later.

Cancellation can be requested at any time in the app under "Settings" → "Cancel subscription". There is no need to contact Astroly to cancel.

Deleting your account cancels an active monthly subscription immediately — even during an ongoing 3-month commitment period — and no further payments are taken.

Clients are notified of price changes by email at least 14 days in advance. Any change applies only from the next billing period, and the client can cancel before it takes effect.

As this involves immediately delivered digital content, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

For the monthly subscription no separate withdrawal notice is required: registering the cancellation in the app is sufficient (see Section 4 above for exactly when it takes effect, including the commitment period).

Astroly 3-day money-back guarantee: If the Client notifies info@astroly.ee within 3 calendar days of purchase that the service is not right for them, Astroly will cancel the subscription and refund the full amount paid. No justification is required. The guarantee applies to both plans, including the monthly subscription during its 3-month commitment period, and once per Client. This is a voluntary promise by Astroly and does not derive from statute.

Astroly processes only the data necessary for product delivery: the client's email address and payment information (via Stripe).

The seller is the data controller and transmits the data required for payment processing to the authorised processor Stripe.

We do not use your email address for marketing purposes without your separate consent.

All materials purchased through Astroly are protected by copyright. Content is intended for personal use only. Sharing, reselling or public distribution of files without written permission is prohibited.
